A Plan Customized For You

We coach and train a wide variety of ages, levels, and athletes ranging from recreational to competitive. All training plans are customized according to the level and age group. Group training is also available to aid your customized training plan.

Coaching

Just starting out, or elite athlete status... we have something for everyone, at every level. Our custom programs are designed for elite, experienced, and beginner athletes. I am MultiSport offers practical application, education, and program monitoring to support you and your goals. All of our coaches are USAT certified and have several years of personal experience under their belt. We can help you with training programs in all three sports or each sport individually. Group Training

I am MultiSport offers the coaching, technique instruction, and training for swimming, cycling, running, and triathlons. Our programs focus on helping athletes improve and enjoy the process of training to reach personal excellence in competition or for everyday enjoyment. Our group training classes will be geared towards a specific race or goal in mind. We will meet and train all over the Indianapolis area. Join us for the camaraderie and experience of training with people that have the same goal as you! Training should be exciting, and through fitness, we can all challenge ourselves to be better.

Youth Triathlon Team

By training as a team, we are committed to increasing youth involvement in triathlon. The focus of our team is to educate youth in health and fitness, help them create a healthy lifestyle, build camaraderie, have fun and grow as individuals, a team and as athletes. The sport of triathlon is growing exponentially - especially in the youth community. The Indianapolis area alone has 9 local youth races - and is beginning to spread to surrounding areas. What kid doesn't like to swim, bike and run!
